Individual Notes

Note for:   Anne Catherine Jensen,   2 Oct 1835 - 9 Nov 1858         Index

Burial:
     Date:   9 Nov 1858
Place:   Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah

Individual Note:
Location - I see Sandager Sogn, and lots of Haarslev entries in Odense. FHLC has Sandager and Harslev

NOTE: Marriage date was during the Mormon Reformation when great encouragement was being given to enter into plural marriages.

NOTE: Possible sister of husband's first wife, Karen?

BIRTH: Some source, perhaps AF, says 7 May 1835; Endowment House records say 21 Oct 1835.

NOTE: Hmmmm. This person seems to be buried right next to son Hans, but dates aren't good to be Anna. Investigate further: Hanson, Anne Katrine - I bet that the 1855 for birth is actually 1835
        Birth: 10/2/1855, SANDAGSOGN HORSLER,DENMARK
Death: 11/9/1858 , SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH
        Buried: 11/9/1858
Grave location : Salt Lake City Cemetery , F-8-8--
        Source: Sexton Records

NOTE: There is a Horsler in Viborg, Denmark per genealogy site returned by search engine (link was broken though) Denmark genealogical atlas has a Horslev (o is diacritic) in Aarhus county.
I've found a church with records in Odense called Sandager Sogn. (perhaps Sogn means church or parish)

NOTE: Is this her? If so, there are a lot of records available
Hmmmmm.... I can't find where this record came from. Doesn't return from FS Internet as of 8/2002.
