General Notes (Husband)
From Stephen C. Bradford, correspondent, September 26, 1996. Abigails's son, Pleasant Sprague Bradford is my great grandfather. He was a Polygamist. He had two wives. My line is through his second wife, Theodora Hansen. When Pleasant married her, she was much younger than he was. Theodora, due to the banning of Polygamy, lived in Manassa County, while Pleasant split his time between the two wives. Unfortunately, I never got to meet Theodora who died in 1956. I am sure she could have provided a very interesting family history of Abigail and Jehial. Pleasant was also the founder of the town Spanish Fork, Utah.
